IABSE is the major international body representing the worldwide design and construction community, covering all kinds of buildings, bridges and structures, and all construction materials and processes.
Presented by the the Scientific Committee, the IABSE invites esteemed members of the international structural engineering community to the congress at the Costa Rica Convention Centre in San Jose. The Congress is being organised by the Costa Rican, Chillian, and Mexican Groups of the IABSE.
