Sofistik AG announces the appointment of three longtime employees to new senior management positions. With the concurrent restructuring of the responsibilities within the management board, SOFiSTiK AG continues the process of generational transfer, which has been going on for the past several years.

 

Effective immediately, Dr.-Ing. Holger Heidkamp (38) manages research and development, Dr.-Ing. Martin Siffling (44) assumes responsibility for the entire range of customer services and Dipl.-Ing. Stefan Maly, MSc (35) is responsible for marketing and product management.

Dipl.-Ing. Frank Deinzer (39) as Managing Director (previously Deputy Managing Director) now is assuming board level responsibility for marketing and product development. Respon-sibilities of the founders Prof. Dr Casimir Katz (58) now include customer services in addition to his responsibilities as CTO and Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Fink (58) as CEO will additionally assume overall responsibility for global sales.
