SOFiSTiK strengthens international sales and services

Nuremberg / Graz, July 2012

SOFiSTiK has completed the acquisition of the ABES Pircher & Partner GmbH software distribution wing in Graz.

With this important milestone we are enhancing our international presence and are strengthening the commitment to further develop our Bridge design operations. ABES Pircher & Partner has been very successful during the last 7 years in exporting German engineering software into broad international markets.

Georg Pircher as main shareholder as well as Sabine Resch will continue to serve our customers from Graz, Austria, now a new SOFiSTiK branch office.

Additionally, the South African subsidiary “Advanced Bridge Engineering Systems SA (Pty.) Ltd.“,  will become part of the global SOFiSTiK network.
