If you need to use rebars with another diameter you can duplicate one of the existing family types of the system family Rebar Bar and define the desired type parameters.

But when creating a Schedule with SOFiSTiK Reinforcement Detailing the weight will not be calculated.

First you have to define the new diameter in a config file. In the installation directory you have to edit* the file din.ini:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\sofistik_reinforcement_detailing_2016.bundle\Contents\2016\analysis_30

In that file you have to add the diameter of the desired bar type in line 48 and the properties of that bar type in the list. Save the din.ini file and create a bar list again. Now the weight should be calculated correctly. :dance1:

*Tip: Use the free source tool Notepad++ to edit the ini-files.
