Good day,

I have been using Sofistik Reinforcement Detailing for a while now and I have a few questions:

1. I am putting fabric sheets into a wall. In the corresponding section, I fixed my visibility paramenters to have my fabric sheets and rebar show as I want them to. I apply reinforcement, put tags, and shape Details. As soon as I add the shape details, when I go to draw another fabric, after I close out of sketching mode, the fabric sheet immediately disappears. I can even select it. I don't thing it's a visibility issue, because this happens only i after ai add the shape details. Up until the time I add the tags of the reinforcement, I can add another fabric as usual.
2. I also get this error message:
An internal error occurred. The command cannot be continued.
Please contact our support hotline.
Exception message: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.

This happens when I try to get the shape detail of a fabric I put in my section, using the Einzelmatte command. (Basically as an area reinforcement in both sides of a wall)
3.One more error message, when I try to get the shape detail of a bended fabric sheet this time:
An internal error occurred. The command cannot be continued.
Please contact our support hotline.
Exception message: The referenced object is not valid, possibly because it has been deleted from the database, or its creation was undone.

Thank you very much

I figured out what to do with the 1st and the 3rd issue.

But I still dont understand why I can't get a shape image of a fabric in section with the Sofistik_Shape_Code 00.
It works for rebars.
Isn't that the case with fabrics???

Hello,
It's true, we don't support rebar shape images for fabrics which are not bent. May be it would be a workaround for you to use a tag with a comment "not bent". I will forward your wish to our product management. :D
