Hello zizuliatko, Hello all,
The Revit parameter "Shape" shows the name of the rebar shape family which has nothing to do with our rebar shape detection according a desired code (e.g. BS or ISO). For example, if you create a new rebar via sketch mode you will get "rebar shape 1" (2, 3... and so on) in the Revit shape parameter. But in the SOFiSTiK_ShapeCode parameter you will get the shape code according the SOFiSTiK Shape Code detection.

In your case with the 31 <> 51 issue, please check:
If you have the latest Version (at least 2016-5.0) installed (Other > Log File).
If you have set the BS code in the Settings Dialog? (in ISO this shape is a 31)

To update the shape code > click Set Marks > click Update tool in the ribbon bar!

In case the shape code is still wrong please send your project (*.rvt) together with a small descrition of the Problem to for further investigations!

Thank You
Roland Suht

Hi. Thank you for reply, it helps.
I have another query.
I need to specify coupler bars and threaded bars. I have created shape-code 9901 & 9902 for this members. In sofistik schedule it is like 00 shape because it is just strait bar. Could you please advice how to solve this problem. Thanks. Peter

Hello zizuliatko,
In Revit we implemented another workflow to solve your issue. Don't change the rebar shape. You can just add couplers with the instance parameter SOFiSTiK_Coupler_Rebar... You can define some more Coupler types if you want. They will be recoginized by the bending schedule automatically. :dance1: Note, that in Revit 2016 just bars with a coupler are marked with a thread in the schedule, not joining bars.

You can find some more information here:
